(1) Accounts to be opened by the District Development Committee in accordance with the Act and this regulation, classification of accounts and other related matters shall be as prescribed by the Ministry.
(2) As mentioned in section 222 of the District Development Committee fund account of the Act, it shall be operated by the joint signature of the Secretary and the Head of Accounts. Other accounts of the district development committee should be operated with the joint signature of the secretary or the officer designated by him and the head of accounting or the employee of the account designated by him.
